A $1,000 Application Fee ($1,500 for a couple) is paid prior to occupancy. The Application Fee may be refundable on a pro-rated basis, up to one year, only if it is determined by a physician or The Villas at Gulf Breeze that services are unavailable to meet the needs of the individual. In the event an apartment has been reserved and the individual does not accept occupancy, then only ½ of the Application Fee is refunded.

Management will be happy to discuss with you the service levels and the assessment process that will affect the monthly rate. Levels of service include independent living status, assisted living services and limited nursing services.

Monthly rates include apartment rent, basic utilities, routine maintenance, housekeeping, linen service, scheduled transportation, as well as personal services at the appropriate level. All meals and regular snacks for assisted living are included in the monthly rate.

Access is provided for cable television and private telephone in each apartment. Telephone and cable television charges are billed directly to the resident. Medication assistance is also available. The cost of medications is not included.

Please note: The Villas at Gulf Breeze is a smoke free facility; however, a smoking location is provided in our patio area.
