The Building is fully sprinkled and fire protected, with privacy-keyed apartments, emergency call systems, and security systems, making The Villas a safe and secure environment where seniors can truly relax and live in a safe carefree atmosphere.

The Villas at Gulf Breeze offers a variety of apartment styles so you can choose the style that is just right for you! All apartment choices include all utilities (except for cable television and phone which are available and can be directly billed to the resident), meals, maintenance, activities, and scheduled transportation, as well as care at the appropriate service level.
